I woke early in the money today (7.45am), my lesson starts at 9 am. The weather was warm in the morning. As usual I went to buy some Xiao long bao for breakfast. We will eat our food as we walk to our school (20mins walk). Today lecture was project management on topic 4 & 5. In topic 4, I learnt about contract document, I also learnt about Instruction of tenderers and the form of tender and agreement. In topic 5, I learnt about SIA conditions of contract, I learnt that the conditions of contract define the terms under which the works are to be executed and maintained and set forth the obligations and liabilities of the parties to the contract.
After a few hours of lecture, we went for lunch at the road side stalls again, I tried their sushi, their sushi was sweet and the taste was different as compared with Singapore sushi. On our way back apartment, we saw an accident between a car and a motorcyclist. The Car was trying to turn in to the other side of the road when it hides a motor. I realised more and more people gathered around to see what happening.
I realised passerby in china not just stand there and look, but they will also join in to quarrel. Some passerby would say that it was the car driver fault while some said it was the motorcyclist. I guess in Singapore if we saw an accident, the most we will do is to just crowd around to take a look and will not comment on anything. In the evening, we played basketball with the REB students.
I think through playing sports, it has help us to bond CEE and REB students together.During the night we went to nearby food stalls for dinner. I ate a plate of fried rice, I realised that food here were salty, oily and spicy sometimes. After eating we went back to apartment to do our tutorial.
